Brand New (5/5)
Sourced directly from the store and often includes original tags or packaging. No signs of wear. 

Like New (4.5-5/5)
Possibly unused but not sourced directly from the store. Shows little to no signs of wear. 

Excellent Preloved (4/5)
Used once or twice with extremely minimal wear. Leather may be slightly softened, and hardware may show faint hairline scratches. 

Very Good Preloved (3.5/5)
Gently used with minor signs of wear, such as light corner wear, small scratches on hardware, or light surface marks. No major flaws. 

Good Preloved (3/5)
Regularly used with visible signs of wear, including corner scuffs or light stains, while remaining functional and structurally sound. 

Fair Preloved (2.5/5)
Shows noticeable wear, including visible stains, scratches, or other imperfections that may require cleaning or repair. 

Project Bag (1-2/5)
Displays extensive wear or damage and may require restoration to be fully functional or may appeal to collectors seeking a heavily worn vintage aesthetic.
